I guess one big issue with tools is proving that one did not exceed its limits (not sure you can exceed the limits of an impact driver though, over heat the motor maybe).
Their customer service over the phone is a joke, as they never call you back when they say they will. The only times I've gotten a response out of them is when I left some pretty bad feedback on Facebook.
They sent the blower but not the battery. When I called it in, the guy on customer service called me "mate"
Of course I said yes, and then asked him why it wasn't available last time I bought something. Said he didn't know (fair enough) but it was there now so I used it.
Kincrome spanners are made in China and have poor dimensioning tolerance for the broaching, for some good Taiwanese spanners go for Toptul IMHO.
I don't think so, on the invoice they update the serial numbers and on my invoice they had the correct serial numbers (for the items I was sent) just one was missing and one the wrong model.
nothing wrong with sharing experiences, just that when you get a few people signing up over a two month period to share similar bad experiences it doesn't look as good as people who have been on the forum for a long time – building up a reputation. A bit like ebay...
I bought mine when they had their store bonus offer, so see if аркада казино you can slot your buy in with that so you get some bonus credit.
If you have to ask that question perhaps you should just look out for a couple of old wardrobes like I use to store my tools. Cost me nothing and they do the same job as that $2000 marvel that you're interested in.
I think most people ordering through them though still get their items within a reasonable timeframe and are happy with the cheap prices.
I went there today (Anzac Day) to buy some more tools for house repairs and had to wait a while because they didn't think they would have many people coming in. I received (without asking) a couple of cutting discs added to my purchase for nothing because of the wait. I can't complain, honestly!
None of my 3 employees will use it as it is a frustrating feature. The machine stops automatically all the time under minor load.
What is the basis of your claim? You provide a post but present no cause. A statement means nothing and has no effect without a base to back it up.

I ordered online a Makita cordless Hedge Trimmer that was in stock, paid via PayPal the same day, I wanted to buy this as a gift for my father in law, then I received confirmation of payment from PayPal but not from Sydney Tools, the status was showing processing since the day i purchased. I was hoping the order will be shipped out before christmans, I have made many calls to customer service from Jan 3 and they have advised the order is being processed, because of the holiday period there were delays...Then by Jan 6 they send me an email with tracking information, sent via Australia Post, the tracking number is not recognized by Australia Post, I logged into my account the status remains unchanged, still says processing.
